PHASE 1 AB

This initial phase of the development consists of approximately 12ha of saleable land, and is situated on either side of the intersection of the Trans-Kalahari Highway and the airport turn-off, which includes a light industrial park, commercial space, hotel and filling station site, with 25 erven ranging in size from 2,000m2 to 16,000m2.
